Tom Brandon

Tom Brandon has served as Security Manager and is currently Risk Manager for Cox Communications California. His experience is in physical security, asset protection and safety. Tom teaches in the Business & Organizational Security graduate program at Webster University and has taught college courses in business management and industrial safety. He has overseen emergency preparedness and response for Cox in California, including business continuity planning. He has a master’s degree in organizational and business security management, with a BA in Human Development.

He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society for Industrial Security and Certified Utility Safety Administrator (CUSA) with the National Safety Council. Tom was a Captain in the United States Army Reserve (Armor) He is a member of the San Diego Crimestoppers board of directors. Tom and his wife Carole live in Santee, California.
